Squash Competitions at Lexden
At Lexden, we host a number of squash competitions & tournaments throughout the year with some featuring some of the top squash players in the world. These are the events that you are currently able to enter:
Annual Internal Squash Competitions at Lexden
The club coach, Paul Allen, organises several tournaments throughout the year for members to enter. The competitions are open to all members regardless of age or ability although to be eligible to enter the veterans competition you must be over a certain age.
Club players of all abilities are issued a plus or minus handicapped score depending on their level of ability, they then compete against each other in a fun and sociable knockout event usually during the months of January and February.
Club players of all abilities and ages can compete in our annual club championships. Categories included are Men’s A, B, C and D, Ladies, Juniors and Racketball. This event usually takes place around the months of April, May and June.
Veteran players compete against one another in various categories including Over 35’s, Over 45’s, Over 55’s and Over 65’s. This event usually takes place around October, November and December.
