Booking a squash court is made simple with our self-service squash court bookings website, allowing you to book a squash court whenever you need one. Whether you want to book a court to play a friendly against another member, bring a guest to the club, or to play one of your leagues matches, it has never been easier to get a court when it’s suitable for you. With notifications which alert you to when courts have been cancelled as well as reminders of court bookings, our self-service website is perfect for organising and keeping track of your squash court bookings.

To go to the club’s court booking website click here. You’ll need to be registered with the club to access the booking website, and have an ID number and password.

We have a 4 hour rule for squash court cancellations, so members must release courts at least 4 hours in advance of their booking. This is a fair amount of time to allow other members to pick up the cancelled court, also a fair amount of time to allow people to know how their working day is going to pan out.

If members have to cancel sooner than 4 hours, they will need to phone club reception.

Members who don’t show up for booked courts 3 times in any 30 day period will have their booking rights suspended automatically by the system for 14 days.

Please be advised if you visit the ‘my menu’ section of the booking site then choose ‘notify me’ you can set alerts to be emailed whenever courts are cancelled within a given time period of your choosing. That way members should be able to snap up cancelled courts on the day.
